Protect confidential company information, including financial records, trade secrets, and employee data.
Never share proprietary information with unauthorized individuals.
Follow all privacy and cybersecurity protocols to safeguard company assets.
Use company property, including equipment, technology, and funds, responsibly and for business purposes only.
Refrain from misuse, theft, or unauthorized access to company resources.
Maintain professional communication when using company email, phone, or other communication channels.
Comply with all workplace safety regulations and report any hazards immediately.
Alcohol, illegal drugs, and substance abuse are strictly prohibited during work hours and on company premises.
Any employee reporting to work under the influence will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
Employees must not make defamatory, misleading, or unauthorized statements about Adirondack Corp. on social media.
Any public representation of the company (e.g., media interviews, social posts) must be approved by management.
Personal opinions should be clearly stated as such and not misrepresented as company statements.
