All products are built and assembled at the Hancock, NY location.  Other locations only receive inventory from the Hancock location.  All deliveries of orders recieved will be delivered out of our Hancock, NY location.  Below is a breakdown of our delivery fees:

How It Works:

3. We will provide you (via email) based on the address provided at the time of checkout a delivery fee detail.

3. Hauled with Care

We use our heavy-duty pickup trucks to haul the trailer and deliver your product directly to your specified location. Our drivers are trained to handle large deliveries efficiently, ensuring a safe and timely arrival.

4. On-Site Delivery & Assembly

Upon arrival, our team will work with you to determine the best placement for your product. We require that:

• The delivery site is clear of obstructions.

• All animals are secured before unloading begins.

• The setup location is no more than 10 feet from accessible parking.

• There is adequate space for maneuvering our 43-foot combined truck and trailer.

Before we begin unloading or assembling your product, you will be required to complete and sign our Delivery & Assembly Authorization Form, which grants us permission to proceed with setup on your property.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please:
✔ Have the site prepared and cleared before our arrival.
✔ Secure any unpaid balances before unloading begins.
✔ Ensure there is sufficient space for our truck and trailer (43 feet combined).
✔ Be present to complete the required paperwork before delivery starts.
