Adirondack Corp. uses cookies to ensure you get the best experience on our site.
At Adirondack Corp., we take pride in delivering our veteran-crafted structures; from Chicken Coops, Hunting Blinds, Gazebos, Pavilions, Utility Sheds, Animal Run-In Shelters, and Firewood Sheds across New York and Pennsylvania. Once your product is built to perfection, our dedicated team ensures a smooth and efficient delivery process, bringing your order directly to your property with care and precision. To ensure a smooth delivery and setup, please review our process and your responsibilities below.
Professional Transport: We utilize specialized 43-foot combined truck and trailer units to bring your structure directly from our Hancock, NY headquarters to your property.
Expert Placement: Our team will work with you to place your structure within 10 feet of accessible parking/driveway access (when permitted).
Quality Assurance: Before unloading, we conduct a recorded walk-around with you to ensure your structure arrived in perfect condition.
On-Site Assembly: For larger structures like Animal Run-In Shelters or Pavilions, our experienced crew handles the professional assembly on your prepared site.
To ensure a successful delivery, customers must guarantee the following conditions are met prior to our arrival:
Clear Path: You must provide a clear, level path free of snow, ice, mud, and debris.
Ample Space: Our delivery teams require a minimum of 8 feet of clearance on each side of the structure’s width to maneuver safely as well as a 13ft high clearance.
Stable Ground: The site must be firm and level. If a driver deems the site "undeliverable" due to mud or obstructions, the structure will be placed in the nearest accessible area (like a driveway) or rescheduled at an additional cost. This additional cost will be the same fee quoted for delivery as well as an additional $150.00 fuel surcharge.
Local Ordinances: The customer is solely responsible for researching, applying for, and paying for all required local building permits. We provide a list of resources related to permits for our service areas, where you can find the contact information for your local permit office. If your town is not listed, it does not mean we do not deliver to your area.
Compliance: Any delays or penalties resulting from missing permits are the responsibility of the customer.
Secure Animals: All pets and livestock (dogs, chickens, horses, etc.) must be secured before our arrival. This is for the safety of our crew and your animals and also to prevent any damage to our vehicle(s) and equipment. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the customer.
Safety Zone: For your protection, please keep all family and friends at least 20 yards away from the delivery vehicle, winch cables, and equipment during the unloading process. While we appreciate the help, we ask kindly not to attempt to undo our straps used to secure the product or attempt to unload. This is crucial for our safety and yours.
Presence at Delivery: You must be present to complete the recorded inspection and sign the Delivery & Assembly Authorization Form.
Payment: Any outstanding balances must be settled before the structure is unloaded from the trailer and once the structure is to your satisfaction.
