At Adirondack Corp., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our environmentally sustainable firewood sheds. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available, working in tandem with our warranty terms. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can assist you.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Non-Defective Returns: You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the shed is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Returns beyond this period are not eligible unless covered under warranty.
Warranty-Related Refunds: If your shed has a defect in materials or workmanship covered by our limited warranty (details provided with your purchase), you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair, at our discretion. See Section 3 below for warranty claims.
2. Refund Process
Initiating a Return: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at (607) 510-1520 or adirondackcorporation@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Return Approval: We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Returns without an RAN will not be accepted.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund is due to a warranty-covered defect, in which case we will cover reasonable shipping expenses.
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned shed, we’ll notify you of refund approval or denial within 7 business days.
3. Warranty and Refunds
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect is confirmed:
Within 30 days of delivery, you may choose a full refund, replacement, or repair.
After 30 days, warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement (no refunds), per the terms provided with your purchase.
To file a warranty claim, follow the process outlined in our User Agreement or contact us directly.
4. Refund Amounts
Non-Defective Returns: Refunds cover the product purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
Warranty Defects: Refunds (if applicable) include the purchase price and, if we cover shipping, reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
Sheds damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
Custom orders or modified products (unless defective under warranty).
Sheds returned without prior authorization or past the 30-day window (unless warranty applies).
