Adirondack Corp. is looking for a detail-oriented Secretary to handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and support daily operations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient workflow within the company.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
Maintain schedules, appointments, and project deadlines.
Organize and maintain files, records, and company documents.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and payroll processing.
Provide administrative support to management and field teams.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
✔ Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles (1+ years preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic bookkeeping software.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✔ High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
✔ Knowledge of construction or logistics industries is a plus.
