We utilize only the highest quality, full-thickness 28-gauge steel, meeting ASTM A792 Grade 80 specifications with a minimum tensile strength of 80,000 psi. This ensures our panels withstand severe weather conditions, including ice, heavy snow, and strong winds. Each panel features a robust Galvalume® coating for enhanced protection. Furthermore, our state-of-the-art AkzoNobel Ceram-A-Star® 1050 paint coating is applied, providing years of warranted protection and maintaining its exceptional durability and resistance to weathering since its introduction in 2005. Our panels are available in a wide variety of contemporary colors and can be custom cut to the inch, up to 40 feet in length, to suit your specific application. Key specifications include a .016” structural steel thickness, 95,000 PSI minimum yield, and a 36” coverage width. Our painted panels come with a 40-year non-prorated warranty, while bare Galvalume panels carry a 10-year warranty.
